Jade has been practicing yoga for over 6 years and is truly passionate about the benefits of movement and meditation. Continuously learning and exploring different styles, she loves to share, support and empower others to unfold this transformational practice for body and mind.
Influenced by dance and movement in general, Jade’s classes are fiery, dynamic and most of all, fun! She aims to bring positivity to her classes through a compassionate and kind environment and is all about connecting with people. Breath-led sequences weaved with thoughtful moments of stillness and surrender will help facilitate a balance between ease and effort.
She doesn’t believe in one correct universal alignment that will work for everybody, she focuses more on how poses feel rather than how they look. She’ll encourage you to explore your own potential and empower you to create shapes that feel right for you. Her classes are challenging but always open and welcoming to all levels and abilities.
Expect creative flows with a dash of playfulness, opportunities to challenge yourself and room to explore. Restorative postures will seal the practice, leaving you energised, light, and balanced. Great playlists come as standard!
My journey
"My first yoga class wasn’t immediate magic, it took me a few more years to actually fall in love with it. I remember this one class that changed everything, I remember how my body felt after the practice, I remember how calmer and more peaceful I was, I remember how bad I wanted to come back. Something had shifted, I couldn’t really explain what but I just felt home. And that’s what yoga makes me feel: home.
A few years later, I took my first teacher training and just haven’t stopped learning since then. I truly believe that yoga is a journey that extends beyond the physical, beyond the sweat. I see it as a portal, a pathway to deeper self-awareness and understanding. An invitation to pause, to listen and to disconnect from the outside in order to reconnect to the inside."
